How to request a refund

• Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net.
• Or email support@vocnu.com with the order number from your receipt, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
